Faith & Academia
CPAN Norwich is part of a much wider community of Christians seeking to serve Christ faithfully in university life. Here you can discover the networks we belong to, other Christian postgraduate groups, organisations serving students in Norwich, and resources for exploring the relationship between the Gospel and academic life.
OUR WIDER NETWORK
CPAN Norwich is a member of the Association of Christian Postgraduate Groups, a network of self-led Christian postgraduate communities across Europe sharing a common mission and values. The Association is supported through the Gospel & Academia Project (GAP), which provides resources for groups, mentoring and training for leaders, and opportunities to connect with Christian postgraduates and academics across Europe. GAP brings together several Christian university ministries and initiatives committed to helping students and academics think deeply about the relationship between the Gospel, scholarship and Christian witness. IFES Europe is one of GAP's collaborating partners, alongside other ministries working together in this area.
FAITH & ACADEMIA RESOURCES
There are many excellent opportunities beyond our own gatherings for exploring Christian faith and academic life.
The Gospel & Academia Project
Resources, programmes and conversations helping Christian students and early-career academics integrate faith, scholarship and witness.
Forming a Christian Mind

An intensive programme for postgraduate students exploring the Christian intellectual tradition, faith and scholarship, and serving Christ within academia.
CHRISTIAN POSTGRADUATE GROUPS
We are not doing this alone. Across the UK and Europe, Christian postgraduate groups are bringing together Master's students, PhD researchers and academics to explore what it means to follow Christ faithfully within the university. Explore the Association of Christian Postgraduate Groups to discover other groups.
